Rose Hill Apartments is a Low Income Senior Citizen/Handicapped housing development subsidized by HUD (Section 8/202) and HDC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit).  It is located just minutes from the Botanical Garden, The Bronx Zoo, the Botanical Garden Metro North Train Station, Bus Stops, and Subway Rails.  This nine-story building has a total of 118 apartments, studio and 1-bedroom, 14 of which have wheelchair accessibility..
